Our favourite client, Terje Wiggo Nielsen, is founder of Neilco and a real estate developer for 50 years. We previously collaborated with Nielco and Tollef W. Nielsen on several other projects including Olympia Gården and Villa Faun. Terje had a vision to build a modern farm house in the country side of Norway. He created very interesting sketches and details of slightly sloped roof over the living areas of the house with a panoramic view over the peaceful green fields. He also created one to one mock up for placement of the building on site to fit within the natural landscape formations.

We are happy with our collaboration process with Terje and Tollef and we´re even more happy with the final result. The building is very well integrated in the landscape. The living areas are flexible with working spaces that could be separated from the dining and kitchen spaces. The bedrooms are housed in a separate and more private volume.
